Green Waffles? Why Not!

I stumbled into this little Belgian patisserie a while back (ok ok the web site it WEIRD) and have been DYING to go back for brunch for weeks. I finally went last Sunday and was NOT disappointed. I had the GREEN (vegetable) waffle with smoked salmon because I prefer breakfast of the savory persuasion. This guy is taking Belgian waffles to the next level! And I’ll just say: I can’t object.

The waffle with grilled veggies was also trop bon.

And, if you have celiac disease the salad looks cool!
