the best one ive ever had was in switzerland, at a little cafe on lac léman. a simple goat cheese, walnut and honey — but one of my fondest breakfast memories.
and this one was pretty good.  so far in DC my favorite crepe is the mushroom shallot at Napoleon. i had a disappointing spinach crepe at cafe l’enfant. but this one was really perfect: roasted eggplant with zucchini, bell peppers, basil, sundried tomato and herbed feta. i dont care what you say - eggplant is good when cooked correctly. and i cant wait to go back to this place, despite its retarded name.
