what a weekend in culinary adventures! friday night was special drinks at secret speakeasy, saturday night was homemade margaritas, salsa and quesadillas - to say nothing of brunch!

saturday morning @ “the heights” in columbia heights:

crab cakes benedict. soggy hash browns and too hot for hollendaise. but i like the idea of crab cakes for break.

kalee’s feta/spinach omelette was REALLY good, too.
